Bayfront Health Spring Hill Names Employee of the Year
February 1, 2017, Spring Hill, FL — Bayfront Health Spring Hill has named Chad Pinto as 2016 Employee of the Year. This award is the highest honor bestowed on a hospital employee each year. Mr. Pinto was chosen from among 400 for the honor.
“Health care requires a special blend of great people skills, tireless energy and the ability to work well under pressure,” says Tom Patrias, Chief Executive Officer. “People who work in health care share the common desire to help others and make a difference in people’s lives. It’s a pleasure to recognize our employees for their dedication to our patients, physicians, visitors, and fellow employees which in turn helps our organization provide outstanding care.”
Employees are nominated for the award by their hospital peers based on their commitment to patient care, their professionalism, and their contributions on the job.
Mr. Pinto has worked for Bayfront Health since March 2005. In his current role as Information Systems Analyst, he is responsible for our computers, networks, and telephones. “Our IT staff support both the Bayfront Spring Hill and Bayfront Brooksville campuses and Chad is our dedicated liaison” said Mike Klasko, MIS Director. “Chad keeps our IT systems running smoothly and resolves issues with the utmost care, ensuring that our staff and patients have fully functioning systems. Patient care does not just take place at the bedside. We are fortunate to have Chad working behind the scenes.”
“Each of our employees has a specific role in the delivery of quality health care to the people who live and work in Hernando and Pasco County,” said Patrias. “Our success in meeting the needs of the patients we serve is dependent on the collective efforts of all employees.”
